You may not be ready to sell your property. You may think that prices will go higher, so it is not the best time to sell. While there is no crystal ball to know when there may be a market correction, it’s important to consider what happened in the last great recession. More than a few people thought in 2005, 2006, and 2007 that property prices would continue to climb. When the recession hit, many of these people wished they should have sold their property and cashed in. Whether similar conditions exist in 2018 is anyone’s guess.
