Everyone knows the first rule of real estate is location. Others believe the second rule is about making deals from the dreaded 5 D’s. That is desperation, destitution, disease, death, and divorce. Whatever you choose to do, I think it’s essential that you have a great broker on your side. An expert with a passion for his profession can make all the difference. Success to me is the place where diligence, persistence and luck meet up.
