Learn about triple net real estate deals at the RealShare Net Lease West Conference

Some investors I work with like to purchase Southern California triple net property and Southern California ground leases. They prefer not to actively manage their real estate investments, and instead receive passive long term net leased rental income from corporate and franchise tenants. Some examples of NNN leased real estate may be a store, gas station, fast food, bank, medical center, or an automotive, or industrial tenant. Some people are attracted to owning nnn properties because it may enable a source of long term income for their estate planning. Some clients choose NNN property because they enjoy a fixed income return with defined rental increases over a period of years. In my efforts to source new Southern California triple net deals for my clients, I am looking forward to attending the upcoming Net Lease West Conference on November 11-12, 2015 at The California Club in Los Angeles.
