My 2015 Southern California Real Estate Prediction

My 2015 Southern California Real Estate Prediction.

I hope that my 2015 Southern California real estate prediction makes an interesting read. Of course, I do not have a crystal ball, and all of my predictions are just that – predictions.

It is my opinion that 2015 should be another good year for Southern California real estate. I don’t believe prices will increase at the same rate as compared to the past couple years. While some sellers may get flexible with their asking prices, others may not be so inclined. Given that tenant rents have risen since the recession, the trend in rents seems to be up. My feeling is that interest rates will remain low, and that many will find the rates attractive. It is no secret many investors use favorable loans to leverage buying and selling property. Presently, I don’t sense that there will be a collapse in new construction and development. The number of people who tell me they are in the fixing and flipping business has exploded. It may be a sign of the times, but I am certainly happy to see more transactions and sales.

Whatever happens, it’s important to be prepared and have professionals you can rely on. Since 1996, it has been a privilege to help people succeed with their real estate goals.

Sincerely,
Michael Stark
