What is the outlook for Southern California real estate for 2014? That question is on a lot people’s minds. It’s no secret that some are hoping for another a year like 2013. While it is difficult to predict what property prices will do over the next 12 months, there are many interesting opinions and forecasts out there. The RealShare Conference on March 25, 2014 at the Hyatt Century Plaza in Los Angeles should be a great place to listen and learn from real estate professionals who are active in our local market. The agenda of speakers is impressive. Along with staying informed, I’m looking forward to the networking and dealmaking opportunities. Since my clients are seeking certain types of properties, I’m hoping to meet other people who may own or know of such properties that my clients could be interested in.
