If you are involved in buying, selling, building, financing, or managing apartment buildings, then you should make every effort to attend the RealShare Apartments conference on October 24, 2012. The show is being held at the Los Angeles Bonaventure Hotel. The agenda of speakers reads like a who’s who list of the companies and individuals involved in the apartment industry. I have attended this conference in the past, and it was one of the best places for me to network with the movers and shakers in the business. I believe there is no substitute for a face to face meeting. Being able to meet and speak to someone directly is so much more effective than any phone call, fax, or email could be. The topics discussed during the sessions have been very informative, and it has helped me with my own clients. I especially like running into people who have pocket listings on certain apartment buildings for sale. For buyers, the RealShare conference is truly a marketplace for apartments.
