Apartment Investment Market Place

As a broker, I am always scouting out Southern California apartment investment deals for my clients. Networking with other real estate professionals often provides me with a great source of market intelligence. The upcoming Apartments 2011 conference on October 20 should be a great market place to clue in to new deals and information. It’s a full day of seminars and networking sessions at the Westin Bonaventure in Los Angeles. The list of speakers features numerous distinguished high powered professionals in our industry. I’m looking forward to being there, and learning about some interesting new real estate investment deals for my clients.
