Survey Finds More People May Be Seeking Smaller Homes

Blame it on the economy? 48% in a recent survey by stated that their ideal home size would be 1,000 to 1,999 sf. With credit tight, and short sales and reos on the rise, a trend toward purchasing smaller homes would be a welcome relief for the battered housing sector.
