Southern California Luxury Real Estate, Look at Newport Beach

Will there be a market for luxury homes in Southern California in 2010? I believe there will be. Even in this recession, there are still many affluent individuals who enjoy living and investing in expensive homes. While the lifestyle and climate of Southern California attract many, I think Orange County is extremely well positioned. As an Orange County real estate broker, I think my Linda Isle luxury home listing is one of the more interesting deals on the local market.
