San Bernardino County property auctions, Riverside County property auctions, Orange County property auctions, and Los Angeles County property auctions will likely increase in 2010 in my opinion. I think times will continue to be tough in residential and commercial real estate, and that auctioning property will likely grow. Whether good deals can be found at a home auction, condo auction, or a land auction is another question. Savvy investors often understand the importance of knowing values.
