I believe RIAOC, the Realty Investment Association of California, has been around for over 40 years. The group meets on Tuesday mornings, except for holidays, at the Garden Grove Elks Club. It is definitely one of the best places to network for Southern California realtors. I started attending regularly back in the late 90’s, but then got busy with my online FSBO business. Over the past few months, I have become a regular again, and it is a great group to hang out with. The people at the meetings are always looking to buy and sell commercial, industrial, retail, and residential income property. Some are even in the market for land, business opportunities, and trust deeds. Each meeting, there are a bunch of interesting presentations and speakers. RIAOC recently updated their website, and it is really cool. Check out their site, it has a ton of functions, and is very slick.
