If You Can't Build It, Buy It

I believe online real estate in 2007 is where the online travel industry was in 1997. I believe real estate has gotten a lot tougher with sales down, foreclosures up, and subprime imploding. I believe most of the players want to thrive and grow, unless they are planning to retire. I believe thriving and growing in this climate takes money and the Internet. I believe future success will depend on owning the best online machine and/or having consultants able to feed your company with traffic, branding, seo, and leads. I believe that if you can’t build it, buy it.
