Learning about interesting industrial deals at the RealShare Industrial West Conference

For years, I have enjoyed helping clients buy, sell, and lease industrial properties. Learning about industrial real estate deals is important to me. I’m looking forward to getting a pulse on what’s happening in our local Southern California industrial real estate market at the upcoming RealShare Industrial West Conference at the Westin in Long Beach on January 19-20, 2016. The agenda of speakers seems to have a good focus on the various aspects for our local industrial real estate marketplace. With the new year beginning, I think it will be educational to get an overview of what may be in store for 2016 for industrial income property. When it comes to sourcing new deals for my clients, there is nothing like networking with owners and other real estate professionals to find out what may become available for sale. Likewise, the one-on-on interactions I have at conferences also allows me to directly present my listings personally to potential buyers and investors.
