RealShare Apartments 2012 Conference, Los Angeles

If the huge crowd that attended the RealShare Apartments Conference is any indication of what’s happening, it’s my opinion that real estate investment is back in a big way. Nearly 2,000 people attended the event at the LA Bonaventure Hotel on October 24. The positive energy I felt seemed to overflow from nearly everyone I met. It appeared like there was dealmaking happening wherever you stepped. Each time I turned around, there was another opportunity to network with other real estate professionals. I have not felt this amount of optimism amongst my peers in at least 5 years. The good news is that there is one more RealShare event in LA being put on in 2012, before we say goodbye to this year. I’m looking forward to attending the upcoming Real Share Net Lease West Conference being held at the California Club in Los Angeles on November 1st and 2nd. If you’ll be there, please let me know.
