Over the weekend, I had the great pleasure of visiting the Cal-Earth project in Hesperia. The California Institute of Earth Art and Architecture is a must see place with dozens of unique architectural structures. Cal-Earth was created by Nader Khalili, a master architect, who created a sustainable type of habitat construction. On the day I visited, Sheefteh Khalili, Nader’s daughter, gave an inspirational talk and tour of Cal-Earth. The place is really beyond words.
