While the new year may have just begun, the business of real estate marches on. There are a couple local real estate conferences on tap that should be interesting. The RealShare Inland Empire Conference is scheduled for January 29th, 2015 at the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario, CA. The agenda of speakers covers a range of local real estate issues. Another noteworthy show is the RealShare Los Angeles Conference on March 19, 2015 at the Hyatt Century Plaza in Los Angeles, CA. Besides the educational aspect of learning more about what’s happening in our Southern California real estate market, I enjoy the opportunity to network in person with other real estate professionals, investors, and sellers. The coincidental nature of randomly running into people who might be helpful to you in your business is just one of the incredible advantages to attending conferences.
