2013 Real Estate Feels Like 2007

It is my opinion that property price levels of 2013 in Southern California are reminiscent of what they were back in 2007. Since the recession, real estate prices locally have escalated quite a bit. There are some who feel that another bubble may be brewing. I hope not. This past recession was deep and difficult enough. I would like that the economy continues to recover and more jobs are generated. I’m an optimist, and it’s my business to help people succeed in real estate. Whether you are thinking of buying or selling, please feel free to reach out to discuss your real estate goals. I believe there are many opportunities.

Sincerely,
Michael Stark
