It is true that I am mostly known for owning one of the largest free FSBO (for sale by owner) property posting services in the US since 1999.

What a lot of people don't know, however, is that I have been licensed to practice real estate in California since 1996.

No matter how many thousands of properties get posted, or how many tens of thousands of people connect because of my sites, I still very much enjoy representing buyers and sellers in Orange County as a broker.

As a fourth generation Southern California native, I am familiar with all parts of Southern California, but Orange County is my home.

Through the years, I have continued to handle a variety of exclusive residential and commercial listings for my client sellers. Additionally, I am glad to assist buyers with finding deals as they pop up on the Orange County MLS or in the FSBO world.

I believe in working with people based on what their needs are. Whether it's brokering the buy side or the sell side, in the end, it's all about giving good honest service.

Having handled nearly all types of real estate, except for a liquor license, I am equally experienced at both residential and commercial brokerage.
